Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time.
Please refrain from canceling without notice. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may change your course. Depending on your physical condition, we will refuse the treatment. Minors under the age of 20 must have a written consent. Please contact the salon.

You may not be able to answer the phone during the treatment. Please leave a message on the answering machine and we'll get back to you.
